In our theme of connections, we now have an exciting one in Europe! All the way from Ireland, I just heard from Paul Mack of Blanket Earth, who is sharing the same wave-length as Blanket the Globe biking around the world, creating a blanket as well, and raising money and awareness for homelessness, suicide, and poverty. Although differently themed, we are scheming ways to help each other's missions and Paul has invited us here at Blanket the Globe to join him during his blanket's display at the 2012 Olympics in England's Wembley Stadium. |
